Plan rules
These policies come directly from the platform structure described in the product document and help explain how the plans behave in real use.
The Moodboard plan includes Projects for opening and managing projects and their mood boards, plus Clients, Vendors, and the product Catalog. Operational modules such as Proposals, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Task Board, Calendar, and Reports stay hidden until the studio upgrades.
Downgrades are only allowed when current usage fits within the target plan limits for seats, active projects, and checkpoints. The platform explains what needs to be reduced before a downgrade can happen.
When billing is inactive or a trial ends, login can remain active but access narrows to billing-related pages until an active plan is restored. Full access returns automatically after successful payment.
